Packaging Updates

We're excited to announce that we have partnered with the Topeka Zoo for World Oceans Day!!!
It may not be until June, but it's got us thinking again about how we can better serve the environment and do even more to preserve the earth.

We've always tried to keep the planet in mind when we choose our packaging,  and now we want to do more! We are looking into ways of making our product even greener and reducing the amount of plastic used in our packaging. Although we have always used Biolefin as our shrink wrap because it is biodegradable, we feel like it takes longer than we would like (7-8 months) so as the months progress we will be moving to more paper or reusable packaging. We are committed to finding sustainable solutions that protect our planet and will continue to strive towards more eco-friendly packaging. Thank you for being part of this journey! 

The idea of sustainability is something we take seriously, so we've been investigating ways to help the environment by reducing our plastic footprint. We are exploring options such as using paper bags with recycled paper and using compostable labels. We are also looking into using renewable energy sources, such as solar or wind power, to reduce our carbon emissions. 

We understand that taking steps toward a greener future can be intimidating and time-consuming, but it's worth the effort! Every small change we make can have a big impact.
